ADVERTISING DESIGN SERVICES HELP
ADVERTISING DESIGN TYPE
BROCHURE: Typically a sales leave-behind or a mailer. Can be designed almost any size, two-fold or three-fold, or multiple pages.
FLYERS: Typically single-sided one color sheets displaying a service or product. However, flyers can also be business card or larger sized pieces.
YELLOW PAGE AD: Ads found in yellow page books. Yellowpage ads can be just one-color (black and white) or spot color (black with usually red, green or blue) or full color ads and ads with a white background that can help the ad stand out from the yellow paper. Contact your local yellowpage provider for the type of ad available.
NEWSPAPER AND/OR MAGAZINE AD: Ads that appear in local or national newspapers, or in trade or national magazines. Contact your chosen publication for rates, colors and sizes.
POINT OF SALE: Designs for retail displays. These can include complete shelving, to simple posters or banners.
CATALOGUE: Multiple page booklets displaying a company's products and/or services.
NEWSLETTER: A periodical publication distributed to employees and clients detailing news and events about the company.
PACKAGE DESIGN: A custom packaging design with your product inserted. Package designs typically are placed on shelves with other product in retail locations.
SIGNAGE: Signs. Whether they are posters, banners, etc. displaying promotional, information or directional content.

PROJECT COLORS
ONE COLOR: Can be either black on white, or a specific color on white (or other color background)
TWO- THREE- FOUR COLORS: These are spot colors. Typically PMS (Pantone Matching System) ink colors printers utilize to print projects.
FOUR COLOR PROCESS: A combination of four ink colors (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black) combined to produce full color projects.
